We cover early literacy, math, science, social skills, physical development, creativity, and self-esteem to help your child become confident and well-rounded. Fostering critical thinking, creativity, and independence, this program uses a hands-on curriculum to develop physical, emotional, and cognitive skills, creating confident, self-directed learners.

Ages: 1 to 12 Included in all Foundations Classes
Through yoga, movement, and affirmations, children build wellness, learn breathing techniques, manage stress, and develop confidence and focus.

Foundations of Mindful Movement is a holistic program designed for children ages 1-12, which combines yoga and positive affirmations for a well-rounded approach to physical and mental wellness. Children will learn techniques for managing stress, improving focus, and fostering a positive self-image.
